"I work in commercial property management and have worked with a good majority of the security companies in town; Avalanche has far surpassed them and my expectations of a security company. On several occasions the Avalanche team has alerted me to an issue on site before I even had the chance to review the reports. The guards, like Tim and Lauren, are professional and caring. For example, on one occasion, the guard noticed that a package was delivered to a suite, left at their door but the tenant wouldn’t be open for several days, so they took the package to their office for safe keeping, knowing if it stayed there, it would get stolen. Not only did they deliver it to the tenant when they opened again, but they personally contacted the tenant to advise them of the package, and alerted me of the situation. I don’t review their billing as I trust that they bill correctly, which is something I do for all other companies.
